Speaker Information
The purpose of submitting your biographical information and a summary of the presentation is to enable the chairman of the session to prepare his session and introduce you to the audience. Besides, the information of all speakers will also be included in the conference proceedings available to all delegates at the event.
The speaker information template can be found in the speaker kit documentĀ and can also be downloaded from the speaker corner on the website. Please send the completed speaker information template to us by 15 March 2010.
Speaker Registration
In order to have your badge available at the registration desk, we kindly ask you to make your speaker registration via the online speaker registration, which can be found in the speaker corner on the event website. Please register yourself before 15 March.
Hotel Accommodation
All speakers are responsible for making, and paying for their own travel and hotel arrangements.
Special prices have been negotiated with the conference venue Hotel Rey Juan Carlos.Please note: to ensure you can make use of the special rates, please make your hotel booking before 12 March 2010. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to availability. Please use the hotel booking form on this website.
Draft PowerPoint Presentation The purpose of submitting your draft PowerPoint presentation is to enable the session chairman to prepare his/her session. Please send your draft PowerPoint presentation to us by 29 March 2010.
Final PowerPoint Presentation In order to prepare for the event, we would like to ask you to send your final PowerPoint presentation to us by 12 April 2010. The PowerPoint file should not exceed 5 MB.
